The Nike Air Base II is a special shoe for many retro running sneakerheads.  Asylum Sneaker can confirm that for Spring 2012, Nike will be releasing 3 colourways in the Nike Air Base II that will bet the Nike ‘Vintage’ treatment including one OG colourway and 3 colourways will be available without the vintage effect.  The images shown here on Asylum Sneaker are of the Vintaged versions.  The Nike Air Base II name check seems to be missing on the 2012 Retro but none the less, these will be wetting the appetite for many of you.  Re-Issues of the Pegasus, Tailwind and Air Flow have all had great responses, will the Nike Air Base II follow in their footsteps?
