We’re not long into 2013 and already Jordan Brand are dropping not one but two highly anticipated colourways in the Nike Air Jordan 1. Tomorrow, 5th January the Bulls and Knicks colourways will be getting a Retro release. It’s been a fair while since we last saw the Jordan 1 get a strong colourway release, lets face, those Gold Medal Packs didn’t really do them justice where as the White/Varsity Red-Black and OG Game Royal colourways keep things clean and classic, the way they should be.
I’m a bit of a sucker when in comes to red kicks, the Raging Bull Jordan V’s a couple of years ago really floated my boat and next Spring 13 includes a stunning Nike Air Max 1 in Red Suede. Although 2012 has so far been all about the Nike Air Son of Mars in terms of Jordan Hybrids, this Fall 12 will see the release of this Nike Air Jordan Spizike Red/Black. Having already had the Spizike drop in the NY Knicks colouway, could this be the Chicago Bulls version? Keep an eye on Asylum Sneaker for more info regarding this release.

Tonight at Midnight (UK Time) will see UK based Sneaker Store Crooked Tongues release the Nike Air Jordan X ‘Chicago’. The Nike Air Jordan X
was supposed to be the last in the Jordan Series with Michael Jordan looking to pursue a career in Baseball at the time of release and the Nike Air Jordan X silhouette was the first Jordan Model that Michael Jordan did not approve. The Nike Air Jordan X ‘Chicago’
features some great detail including embossed Air Jordan sign off on the tongue, full leather uppers and a colourway that represents Michael Jordan’s days at the Chicago Bulls with the White/Black/Red Colourway. The sole on the Nike Air Jordan X ‘Chicago’
