Nike show the Female Sneakerheads some well deserved love this summer with a new silhouette, the Nike Air Max Thea. Loosely based on the classic Nike Air Max 1 silhouette which has proved to be very popular amongst the Girls particularly in the UK and Europe as of late. The Nike Air Max Thea is due to drop this Summer in a range of colour ways, not all as bright as the Volt colourway pictured above. There is no doubt that the Nike Air Max Thea has great potential and will possibly ween some off the Nike Air Max 1. On first looks, it seems as if the Thea feature Hyperfuse Panels and a mixture of Mesh and Synthetic Nubuck Uppers. It looks as if the 3rd colourway of the Nike Air Yeezy 2 will be dropping on the 18th June 2013. The third colourway of the Yeezy 2, the Yeezy 2 ‘Red’ is probably the most anticipated of all the Yeezy releases to date. Rumours has it that only 1,000 pairs tickets for this Yeezy will be randomly inserted in the “Yeezus” CD case come June 18th when Kanye West releases his newest Album. A crafty way to sell more Music or good PR? If you’re looking to pick up the Nike Air Yeezy 2 ‘Red’ like the rest of the world, you better pick up a copy of Yeezus on the 18th. Images of the Nike ‘Beaches of Rio’ Quickstrike Pack have been circulating online for sometime now. Sample images showed the Nike Air Max 95 in a White colourway but the production version couldn’t be anymore different. Ever so slightly reminiscent of the Nike Air Max 95 EM that dropped as part of the City Pack a few months ago. Here at Asylum Sneaker, we’re warming towards the production coulorway. The Nike Free Inneva Woven has made massive moves since we first saw it at the back end of 2012 with every release so far selling out pretty much instantly. This Friday will see the release of yet another strong colourway for the Inneva Woven. With the weather finally starting to pick up, the release of the Free Inneva Woven arrives perfectly in time for Spring. A hefty price tag of £160 will put some people off but this shoe in our opinion is worth every penny, I guess that’s the price you pay for a hand woven shoe! Expect the Nike Free Inneva Woven Quickstrike Black/Poison Green to hit select Quickstrike Accounts including Wellgosh, Crooked Tongues, Urban Industry and Size? from this Friday 12th April in very limited numbers. European Sneakerheads have had to be patient but tonight at Midnight (UK time), NikeStore will be releasing a limited run of the Nike Air Jordan III ’88. As expected, this release is way up there on many peoples lists. Good Luck!
Nike had massive success with the release of the Tier 0 Inneva that dropped late last year. This Spring, Nike bring us an updated version of the shoe that started it all off, the Air Woven. Always keen to push boundaries this Quickstrike release features a 3.0 Free Sole far reduced weight and added flexibility. Nike have not only reworked the sole unit this season but they’ve also addressed the pricing. With the original Nike Air Woven carrying a price tag of £115 last year, the new Nike Woven Free Quickstrike will retail for £97. Ewing made a pretty impressive comeback in 2012 with the Retro releases of the Ewing 33 Hi in 4 OG Colourways. At the end of March 2013, Ewing are set to release 2 colourways in the classic 33 Hi silhouette, in the Georgetown Hoyas and Jamaican inspired colourways.
